American mention that this is a Heavy state of mind and I think this is very true and could be a good theme for the dress: how depression weighs you down. With this dress Alice would not be able to jump and the Depression stage could be a descent, symbolizing that there is no way back to what once was, so I think that this dress could be a little bulkier or something that makes one think: Heavy, like a Heavy Rain that washes all away or something like that.
